The lunch we wanted
Fragrant rice, meltingly soft vegetables, herbs, sometimes a note of sesame, coconut or turmeric. Several recipes cooked separately, then brought together in a single jar to make a whole plate.
Vegetarian and certified organic, the Bentos are revealed through limited seasonal collections.
We wanted a lunch that could travel without losing anything of the table.
A meal you could take with you and find again at midday, with its colours, its textures and everything that makes a cooked dish a pleasure.
The Bento was born of that wish: to fit into one jar everything we love about a cooked plate.
Cooking in several steps

In our kitchen, each preparation follows its own rhythm. Rice, quinoa or einkorn keep their bite; vegetables turn meltingly soft; lentils and chickpeas take on the scent of herbs, coconut milk, sesame or spices.

We then assemble the preparations in layers, in several steps, so that each keeps its texture, its colour and its flavour.

Once the jar is open, the spoon travels through the layers. The textures answer one another, the flavours come together, and the jar becomes the plate we had imagined.
The season sets the tone
We let the seasons write what comes next. They bring their vegetables, their colours, that longing for a brighter plate in the sunny months or a more comforting one as the weather cools.
Spring-Summer, Autumn and Winter: each season gives rise to a collection of three numbered Bentos, available for a few months only before making way for the next.
The same compositions return from one year to the next. We taste them, adjust them and refine them, like recipes we stay faithful to.
Each Bento bears a number, like a piece you recognise when it comes back.
Spring-Summer Collection
Bentos
Basil mingles with tomato and garlic with courgettes. Cumin scents the chickpeas, while aubergine turns creamy alongside sesame. Sweetcorn, cucumber and peppers bring their colours to the quinoa.

Slow-cooked aubergine with Parmesan accompanies a soft risotto. Caramelised carrots lend their sweetness to einkorn and lentils. Coconut milk, coriander and turmeric wrap around quinoa and chickpeas.

Winter Collection

Carrot and butternut squash melt alongside red lentils in coconut milk. Bulgur accompanies a soft medley of leeks, cabbage and spinach with sheep's milk cream, alongside herbed split peas. Red kuri squash and cabbage with apricots bring their roundness to the quinoa, while chives awaken the lentils.
Three generous compositions, for days when you long to come back to a soft, comforting plate.

The Bento follows the movement of the day. You open it wherever you have chosen to stop. At lunchtime, the different preparations come together in the harmony imagined in the kitchen.
