Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the amount of your order.
United Kingdom
- From £0 to £180: £29.99 (DHL Express)
- From £180: free delivery
Delivery times
Between 8 and 10 working days. Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) are prepared the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays). No deliveries on Sundays. The estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.
Orders over £450 are handled by a dedicated carrier and are delivered within 12 working days.
Customs
Your parcel is shipped from our kitchen in France. Any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees charged on entry into the United Kingdom are not included in our prices or delivery charges: they are payable by you. DHL will contact you to collect them before delivering your parcel. A parcel refused or not delivered because these charges were not paid cannot be refunded for the delivery charge; see article 6 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy: we replace or refund the products concerned at our expense.
