ARTICLE 2 – APPLICATION OF THE GTC AND PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The applicable GTC are those in effect at the time of the Client’s order. Legal information regarding the Site’s hosting provider, publisher, data collection and processing, and terms of use are provided in the terms of service, legal notices, and data policy. This Site offers online sales of vegetarian meals in glass jars. The Site is accessible to all Clients free of charge. By purchasing a Product or Service, the Client accepts the GTC by ticking a box indicating “I have read and accept the general terms and conditions.” Ticking this box is considered equivalent to a handwritten signature. Acceptance of the GTC presumes the Client has the legal capacity to do so; minors or those lacking such capacity must declare they have permission from a guardian or legal representative. The Client acknowledges the validity of the Seller’s automated recording systems and waives the right to contest them in case of a dispute, except where proven otherwise.
ARTICLE 3 – CLIENT ACCOUNT CREATION
Creating a “Client account” is required for any order on the Site. Clients will need to provide personal information such as their name, email address, postal address, and phone number. The Client is responsible for keeping this information up-to-date and must notify the Seller of any changes. The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Registered Clients can access their accounts using their login credentials or through third-party login options, such as social media buttons. The Client is encouraged to use a complex password and is responsible for its confidentiality. In case of a forgotten password, the Client can generate a new one. The Seller cannot be held responsible for unauthorized account access due to a lack of password protection. The Client account allows the Client to view all orders made on the Site. Each Client may delete their account by notifying the Seller by email. The Seller reserves the right to delete any account breaching these GTC or inactive for over a year.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER PLACEMENT AND PURCHASING PROCESS
Products and Services offered are listed on the Site, subject to availability. Each Product is described based on information from the supplier. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. The “Basket” groups all selected Products for purchase. When ready, the Client can proceed by accepting the GTC and finalizing their order, entering necessary personal data for processing. Orders can be modified until confirmation. The Client will be prompted to complete payment, after which an order confirmation email is sent. Products remain the Seller’s property until fully paid for.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless stated otherwise, and include VAT as applicable. The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices in line with VAT changes. Payments are made through a secure online transaction platform. The Site does not store payment data, as transactions are processed by the payment provider. Payment by cheque or bank transfer may delay delivery until payment is received in full. Orders and invoices are archived securely.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Delivery fees, applicable only to UK mainland, are shown to the Client before payment. For other delivery locations, the Client should contact customer service. For deliveries outside the UK, the Client may need to pay import duties or customs fees. The Seller aims to deliver within 30 days unless specified otherwise. The Seller covers return or exchange costs only for defective Products.
