By using the Website, you accept these Terms of Use. We may update them at any time by publishing a new version on the Website; the version in force is the one published on this page. Access to the Website is free. Purchases are also governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
3. Legal information, personal data and purpose of the Website
Information about the Publisher and the host is given in our Legal Notice. How we collect and use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. The Website is the official online shop of the Karine & Jeff brand for the United Kingdom: meat-free and fish-free cooked dishes, soups and grocery products in glass jars.

If you create an account, you log in with your email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and must not share it. If you forget it, you can reset it at any time. You agree to provide accurate information. Account pages are for information only and help you manage your orders.

We do our best to keep the Website available at all times, subject to maintenance of the Website or of its servers. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Website will be free of errors, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your equipment, your internet provider or the internet network.

These Terms of Use are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland respectively. Before any legal action, please contact us so that we can try to find an amicable solution.
