ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
In these Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “ToU”):
- “Site” or “Service”: refers to the website https://karinejeff.co.uk/ and all its pages.
- “Publisher”: Le Bonheur est dans le Pot Boutique, the legal entity responsible for the publication and content of the Site.
- “User”: any individual visiting and using the Services of the Site.
These ToU are offered by the Site Publisher. Users are encouraged to carefully read, print, and save these ToU. By using the Site, the User acknowledges they have read and fully accept the ToU without reservation.

These ToU are governed by UK law. In the event of a dispute, the Publisher and User will first attempt to reach an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent court in the User’s place of residence.
