The meals (small dish and small soup) can be consumed directly from the jar, either hot or at room temperature, for added convenience.
To enjoy them hot, you can remove the lid and heat them:
- In the oven for 8-10 minutes at 130-150°C
- In a pan for a few minutes on low heat
- In a bain-marie for 10 minutes (to ensure it heats thoroughly)
- As a last resort, in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes at 700W
